Far too many Oklahoma kids are struggling with adult problems. Our partnership with the Tulsa County Juvenile Bureau, and numerous community organizations allows us to offer 12 weeks of free family therapy through CREOKS.
Below you will find our referral form for services, and our flyer in English and Spanish. Want to introduce this as a service at your school or workplace? Contact us at (918) 607 5001.
This program is for kids in Tulsa County between the ages of 11-18 who have a family caregiver in their life who wants to participate in therapy with them. The program focuses on at-risk youth which are kids who have been arrested, those involved in the juvenile justice system, and those who may be exhibiting risky behaviors or substance use.
The therapy happens in your home, so you don't have to drive anywhere. The services are one hour per week for twelve weeks, with a longer intake appointment at the beginning so that the therapist can understand your family's needs. Our therapists will work hard to find a time and day of the week that works for you, even on evenings and weekends.
Interested? Fill out the referral form (below) for the child in your life who will benefit from this therapy and email it to jmhpc@okappleseed.org.
